(I) Collect User Accounts & Personal information

When you want to use or access our application or website you are agree to authorize us to collect & access your user data information including name, contact information, location, Camera, and other details to facilitate services. 

All information collected from the users is on a bona-fide basis. 

Misuse and misrepresentation of identity or contact details will lead to automated termination of services or the use of the platform without prior notice to such users. 

We forward this information to freelancers if you choose to get a service from the freelancer.

User accounts bearing contact number and email IDs are created and owned by Homework10. 

Any promotional discounts offers and accumulated can be revoked without prior notice in the event of suspicious account activity.

In the case where the system is unable to establish the unique identity of the user against a valid mobile number or e-mail ID, 

the account shall be indefinitely suspended. Homework10 reserves the full discretion to suspend a user's account in the above event and does not have the liability to share any account information whatsoever.

(II) User Personal Data & Account Deletion 

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms, you may delete your account as well as your personal data stored with Homework10 by sending an email to support@homework10.com. We may take up to seven working days to process your request. 

Once your account is deleted. you will lose access to all Services. For the avoidance of doubt, 

it is hereby clarified that all data with respect to transactions performed by you on the Platform will be retained in accordance with applicable law.

III) Collect Freelancer Professional & Personal information

Homework10 collects Freelancer professional as well as personal information (such as business name, address, number, authorized person, experience, services you deal in, area, pin code). 

By giving this information freelancers agree to authorize us to verify the details and share their professional and personal information with users. 

We may track your Geographic Location and as well as take a customer satisfaction survey.

IV) LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

Links to third-party sites are provided by the application or website as a convenience to user(s) and Homework10 does not have any control over such sites i.e. content and resources provided by them. 

You are cautioned to read such sites' terms and conditions and/or privacy policies before using such sites in order to be aware of the terms and conditions of your use of such sites. 

Homework10 believes that user(s) acknowledge that Homework10 has no control over such third party's site, does not monitor such sites, 

and Homework10 shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for such third-party site, or any content, products, or services made available on such a site.
